To prevent plaque from mineralising into tartar and causing lasting damage to dental health, it should be removed regularly, preferably daily. The hygienic, easy-to-clean bogadent® SILICONE FINGER effectively removes plaque and thus prevents the formation of tartar. The bogadent® SILICONE FINGER is ideally used with our toothpaste bogadent® DENTAL CREME or our DENTAL LIPO-GEL.

How do you notice that your pet is suffering from dental problems?
Bad breath is often the first sign. This can be caused by food. However, if the bad breath persists despite a change of food, the cause is often an inflammation of the gums . Check your dog's teeth regularly by carefully lifting the lips. Plaque and tartar are increasingly deposited on the back molars and on the canines. If the gum line is reddened and bleeds when touched, the inflammation is advanced and a visit to the vet is highly recommended .
