Easy and secure payment at PERRO!

Payment by credit card*

Pay with VISA or MasterCard. To ensure secure payment, we use the so-called 3D Secure procedure.

3D Secure procedure: This is a security service offered by MasterCard (MasterCard Secure Code) and VISA (Verified by Visa), which protects cardholder data with a separate password. The prerequisite is that the selected credit card is approved for the 3D Secure procedure.


Payment with PayPal*

Pay easily, securely and quickly with PayPal without entering bank or credit card details. PayPal enjoys great trust among buyers and sellers.

Payment on collection "Click and Collect "*

Choose in the online shop and pick up and pay for the goods directly in the shop?

No problem! You will be notified as soon as the goods are ready for collection at the PERRO SHOP in Salzburg-Elsbethen and you pay conveniently at the cash desk on site.

The pick-up address is: Salzachweg 1, 5061 Salzburg-Elsbethen, Austria. The opening hours of the PERRO SHOP Salzburg-Elsbethen are: Monday - Friday: 9:00 - 18:00 and Saturday: 9:00 - 13:00. Currently we only offer this option in our shop Salzburg -Elsbethen.


Payment with Sofortüberweisung*

Have you selected instant bank transfer as your payment method? Then you will be redirected to an already filled out transfer form.

And it's as easy as that: Select your bank, enter your usual access data and confirm the transfer by entering a TAN.

In return, we will immediately receive confirmation that the payment has been made. This is how you get your ordered goods quickly and easily .

  • How long will my order remain valid if I pay in advance?

    The ordered goods will be reserved for you for 10 working days. Please pay the outstanding amount within this time. As soon as the payment amount is credited to our account, your order will be processed and shipped.

  • Can I also pay my advance payment via PayPal?

    Of course you can also pay your prepayment via PayPal. You will find all information about this in your prepayment email, which you will receive from our order department after the order process.

  • Is it possible to purchase on account?

    Yes, with us purchase on account is possible for customers from austria in principle. You will receive the invoice with your delivery and pay the invoice amount conveniently by bank transfer or PayPal.

  • Can I pay cash on delivery?

    Unfortunately, PERRO does not offer payment by cash on delivery.

Our invoices are due immediately and without deduction. Whether the customer's request regarding the payment method can be fulfilled depends on his creditworthiness. If the customer is a new customer or if return debit notes have occurred in the past, only payment in advance is possible.

PERRO GmbH reserves the right to change the method of paymentas well as the terms of delivery at any time without giving reasons . We reserve the right to make the delivery of the goods dependent on an advance payment . As soon as the bank transfer has been credited to our account, the order will be processed immediately. The delivery times stated apply from receipt of the money in our account.

The buyer is responsible for all bank charges (domestic & foreign) or transfer fees. In this case, the customer will receive information about this and has the option of accepting the change or cancelling the order.

The customer only has the right to offset or withhold payment if this has been legally established by a court or recognised in writing by PERRO GmbH. If the customer defaults on payment, PERRO GmbH is entitled to stop all deliveries to the customer, including those from other contractual relationships.

No liability is accepted for any damage arising from this. In the event of a deterioration in the customer's financial circumstances in such a way that there are doubts about the customer's ability to pay, PERRO GmbH is entitled to withdraw from the contract or to withhold its deliveries and services.

The customer can then be given a reasonable period of time to make an advance payment or provide collateral . If payment is not made within this period, PERRO GmbH has the right to withdraw from the contract.

Should there be a return of the direct debit, we must charge processing costs.
