The muzzle loop - unlike a well-fitting muzzle - is only suitable for short-term use. The soft loop prevents the dog from biting in stressful situations. The material is soft and comfortable to wear. An infinitely adjustable neck strap ensures that the muzzle loop is optimally adjusted and that the dog cannot pull it off on its own.
The easy-care polyester can be easily cleaned with water if it gets dirty.
How do I find the right size for my dog?
Measure the circumference of the mouth at the widest point. The tape measure should not be too tight. The dog should be able to open its muzzle easily even with the muzzle on and its tongue must be able to move freely.
What is the best way to fit the muzzle?
It should be possible to put 2 fingers between the dog and the muzzle strap after putting the muzzle on. The neck strap should be tightened just enough so that the dog cannot remove the loop on its own - if in doubt, rather loosen it a bit than tighten it too much!
Important safety instructions for wearing a muzzle loop!
The mouth loop is to be worn for a maximum of 15 minutes. For animal welfare reasons, the loop must not be worn while the dog is moving (e.g. on walks). The dog can only pant insufficiently or take in water with the loop. Never leave the dog with a mouth loop unattended!
Where do I use a muzzle loop?
The muzzle loop is intended exclusively for securing the dog for short periods of time. E.g. in public transport, gondolas or also during a vaccination at the vet. Such a mouth loop can also be very useful in a first aid kit, as injured dogs often react against their actual temperament.
