Tick Hook O'Tom
The tick hook O'Tom was developed by a veterinarian and is used for the safe and painless removal of ticks. The set consists of two different tick hooks, which can be chosen depending on the size of the tick to be removed.
It usually effortlessly removes the entire tick with head and mouth parts. The tick hook is pushed under the head of the tick, the body of the tick is not squeezed, so that the risk of transmitting diseases or toxic substances is reduced to a minimum during removal. Ticks can thus be removed effortlessly even from difficult and sensitive skin areas.
To counteract the transmission of diseases, it is especially important to remove the ticks early after they have been sucked in. With the small hook, even tiny ticks can be removed without leaving any residue with a little practice.
