The SUNBRERO ® is a new and highly effective sun protection made of a light and airy special thermal fibre. It keeps the interior of the car amazingly cool, only a few degrees above the outside temperature, even at temperatures around 30°C .
This is achieved by shielding the main areas of the roof, front and side windows.
Parked with SUNBRERO ®, your air conditioning system has to work less during the cooling phase. This has an immediate refreshing effect and saves fuel. The SUNBRERO ® is made of a very tear-resistant, but airy light and environmentally friendly PE microfibre.
The material has a unique insulating effect due to the triple combination of the reflectivity of the white material, the refraction of light and a high thermal resistance.
Conventional materials (e.g. semi-garages) cannot physically provide this high level of shielding. Here SUNBRERO ® is superior, because already the microfibre material remains cold, whereas alu-coloured materials heat up and transmit the heat to the car.
SUNBRERO ® is weatherproof, breathable, UV light resistant, dirt repellent, washable at 40 °C, chemically neutral, non-toxic, recyclable.
Magnet button:
SUNBRERO magnetic buttons are available as an extra accessory - not included in the Sunbrero sunshade - . These are a clever option for fixing the Sunbrero to the car for a secure hold. The Magent fastening is suitable for all car sizes. The strong magnet holds approx. 9.5kg of pull, a set consists of 4 magnets.
Simply place the magnet buttons on the Sunbrero where you want them and then attach the rubber bands to rims, wheel housings, bumpers or door handles.
