The small and soft treats are made with 17% insect protein. They are perfect for training and exercise but also as a small reward morsel for in between. Insects are used as the sole animal protein source in this climate-friendly snack. This makes the snack particularly suitable for dogs that react with allergies or intolerances to other known protein sources.
Insects have an excellent amino acid composition as well as a high proportion of essential fatty acids and are more than equivalent to other animal protein sources - with a biological value of 85% - from a health and nutritional point of view. So the treats are not only good for the dog, they also protect our environment.
Of course, the Soft Bits are also gluten and grain-free, so even dogs with a sensitive digestion can be perfectly rewarded with them.
