Scruffs ECO Box Bed

Scruffs ECO beds are made from 100% recycled materials, both the cover fabrics and the filling fibres. This protects our environment and minimises the_{carbon footprint}.
The lying surface of the dog sofa is made of cosy, soft, dark grey fleece fabric, the dimensionally stable, raised side parts are made of a light grey canvas fabric. The filling material of the ECO dog bed has excellent cushioning, elasticity and insulation properties.
The underside of the ECO dog bed is covered with non-slip fabric for more safety on slippery floors.
The dog bed is washable at 30°C and keeps its shape thanks to its special construction. The cover is not removable.

How Scruffs Eco beds are produced:

1. Plastic bottles (PET) are collected.
2. Caps and labels are removed, the bottles are washed and disinfected.
3. Now the plastic bottles are cut into flakes and then melted. This feedstock can then be converted into many different grades of fibre to produce 100% recycled fibre fill and fabric. This reduces the environmental impact and protects natural resources. Similarly, the manufacturing process releases significantly less_CO2 than conventional methods.
