To familiarise the dog with the grooming ritual and the tools, you should only give him some toothpaste to lick off for the first few days.

The next phase is to use the toothbrush. Apply some toothpaste to the brush and lift the lips with one or two fingers. Start at the front canines and always guide the brush at a 45° angle with a slight rotational movement from red (gums) to white (tooth). Do not touch the small front teeth (incisors) at this stage as this is the most sensitive area.

Keep the dental care sessions as short as possible in the beginning - only about 2-3 minutes.

Alwaysend each dental care session - even in the early stages - with a special teeth cleaning snack, lots of praise and cuddles so that the experience is remembered positively!

According to the manufacturer, the poultry flavour is artificial.
