PERRO Lungauer Trockenwurst is made directly in the mountains of Salzburg (Lungau) from fresh beef and rumen. The small endless sausages are a special delicacy for gourmets. The gentle drying process preserves the seductive taste of the meat. Cut into small pieces, the Lungau sausages are also ideal for training. The delicate dry sausages are also gladly accepted by fussy dogs.
