Small dogs are often big personalities - spirited, active and picky when it comes to food. PERRO Basic Piccolo has therefore been specially developed to meet the needs of small breed adult dogs up to 15 kg - as a high-quality complete food up to the age of 7.
The gluten-free recipe based on millet, rice and maize is particularly well tolerated and is ideal for dogs with sensitive diets. With 24 % protein and 14.5 % fat, PERRO Piccolo meets the increased energy requirements of small breeds, which often produce more energy per GRAMS body weight than large dogs due to their fast metabolism.
Poultry and fish are used as the protein source . Both types of meat are very popular with almost all dogs and are also very easy to digest.
The specially shaped, small kibble is ideally suited to the teeth of small dogs. It facilitates food intake, encourages chewing and can therefore effectively prevent tartar build-up and gum problems. High-quality omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids ensure a shiny coat, while zinc chelate and folic acid promote healthy skin.
The balanced combination of the best raw materials not only guarantees an optimum supply to cover requirements, but also a very high level of acceptance - even for demanding little gourmets.
