The MALDON safety harness from Hunter has been specially developed for fearful, insecure dogs or dogs from animal welfare organisations, for example, where there is an increased risk of escape in new or unfamiliar situations.
As a functional further development of the tried-and-tested MALDON Y harness, this model offers additional safety features without compromising on comfort or suitability for everyday use .
The ergonomic waist belt, which can be individually adjusted to the dog's physique, prevents the dog from wriggling backwards out of the harness - effective protection in the event of sudden escape behaviour. As soon as the dog has gained more security, the additional belt can be removed quickly and easily so that the harness can continue to be used like a classic Y- harness. The sturdy special hook for attaching the belt has proven to be particularly reliable and resilient in practical tests.
From size S-M, the MALDON safety harness also has a practical handle on the back, which can be used to hold the dog securely or guide it in a controlled manner at critical moments. For an optimum fit, the harness can be adjusted up to 7 times depending on the size (5 times on the harness, 2 times on the waist belt).
The soft padding at all important pressure points ensures a high level of comfort, even during prolonged use. Thanks to high-quality 3M™ Scotchlite™ reflective strips , your dog is clearly visible even in poor lighting conditions - a plus in safety when walking at dusk or in the dark.
