Glycan Powder- 20% Mussel Extract

Consists of 20% mussel extract from the New Zealand farmed mussel (Perna canaliculus), also known as green-lipped mussel with glycosaminoglycans, gelatine, herbs and minerals. The basic substance of connective tissue consists of glycosaminoglycans (GAG) and must be constantly supplemented by the organism through food. Glykan contains the glycosaminoglycans from the New Zealand green-lipped mussel that are necessary for the binding of cartilage, tendons, ligaments and intervertebral discs.

The Glykan food supplement is suitable for both dogs and cats for daily supplementary feeding.

Especially young dogs of large breeds should be supported with this food supplement during growth to strengthen tendons, cartilage and ligaments and to support proper development. For older dogs that are already struggling with signs of wear and tear on cartilage and joints, this food supplement optimally nourishes the remaining cartilage and maintains the joy of movement into old age.

Arthrose

Fortan Glykan "Preis-Leistung stimmt hier absolut! Wir kaufen immer die große Packung, kommen lange damit aus, und man merkt bei den alten, "verletzten" Hunden, oder Hunden mit athrotischen Veränderungen (HD, OCD...) sofort eine Besserung. "Ohne" läuft es oder laufen sie, einfach nicht so rund. Wir nutzen das Pulver seit fast 2 Jahrzehnten, und bis jetzt habe ich noch keine passende Alternative, die alle Bedürfnisse abdeckt, gefunden. Außerdem wird das Pulver von den Hunden, über dem Futter verstreut (Trockenfutter leicht angefeuchtet) gerne angenommen!"
