When the meat is then processed, additional losses occur. An undersupply of essential components can lead to developmental disorders, reduced performance and even infertility in breeding animals.
The vitamin concentrate Cafortan increases general resistance and supports bone and tooth formation in growing dogs. The optimal nutrient supply also ensures a shiny, dense coat and prevents deficiency symptoms.
Breeding bitches should receive Cafortan regularly from the time of mating due to the increased need and to cover losses to the puppies.
Cafortan is virtually sodium free, low in fat, high in protein and contains valuable dietary fibre.The Ca/Ph ratio of the food supplement is 2:1.
Cafortan Multivitamin tablets are particularly tasty and are taken voluntarily and gladly by most dogs. The tablets can also be crushed or softened with water for better absorption.
If a dry food is supplemented due to an increased need for vitamins and trace elements, 1 tablet / 100g of dry food should be given, preferably in a softened state.
FORTAN products contain no colourings, attractants, aromas, flavours or preservatives and no BHT, BHA or ethoxiquin! No soy!

Puppies, as soon as they are fed supplement, receive 1 to 4 tablets per puppy daily, depending on the size of the breed.
From the 12th week of life, puppies and young dogs receive 6 tablets per 5 kg of body weight daily. Dogs that temporarily have an increased need for biological agents (dams during gestation and lactation, stud dogs, as well as sick and recovering dogs) should receive twice the dose daily. The same applies to older dogs, many of which have absolute deficiencies in biological organ supply (age-related resorption disorders).
