Why so simple?
The construction of the head halter is similar to that of a horse halter. It is pulled over the dog's head and closed at the nape of the neck.
The noseband is wide so that the dog can pant, bark, drink and also be fed without any problems.
This noseband ends in a ring in which the thinner carabiner of a double lead is hooked. In addition to the appropriate width, it is important to ensure that the strap sits between the eyes and the nose leather in such a way that it does not restrict vision or breathing when the dog is moving. During training, the Halti makes it possible to lead your dog without any problems. In this way, an unequal balance of power between man and dog can be balanced, changes of direction can be carried out more easily and potential dangers from unwanted aggressive behaviour towards man or dog can be reduced.
It is good to get your dog used to wearing the halter systematically, as when setting up a muzzle.
