The Trekking Harness dog harness is a versatile all-round harness that is ideal for hiking, the dog park or simply for daily walks. A variety of adjustment options (neck, chest and length) allow it to be optimally adapted to the dog's body. A double loop in the chest area allows for optimal adjustment of the chest circumference. A perfect fit is the most important thing in a harness. The neckline of the trekking harness is designed to relieve the dog's sensitive neck if it pulls a little on the leash. The back and chest area are softly padded with a special, breathable 3D mesh material, which further increases the wearing comfort.
The leash is attached to a robust rope loop on this harness. This has the advantage that metal does not rub against metal. This prevents abrasion and creates a noiseless connection between the leash and the hiking harness. This is a big plus, especially for sensitive dogs. It is particularly easy to put on and take off because it is equipped with two Fastex safety fasteners. The harness is simply pulled over the dog's head and the buckles closed on the left and right. There is no need to pass the leg through the harness.
For a young dog, the Trekking harness is perfect for getting him used to wearing his first harness. And because of the adjustment range, it can also grow with the dog for a while.
Reflective webbing ensures optimum visibility and therefore safety for both dog and owner.
This dog harness is particularly suitable for dogs with a narrow chest, such as greyhounds or Podenco.
However, where the dog is in constant pull, a pull harness should be used.
