Dogs react to the cold just like we humans do. Especially dogs with short fur or little undercoat can freeze easily when the weather conditions are not good.
Signs that your dog is cold can be:
- the dog is shivering
- holds its tail close to its body
- he curls up
The BRAVA Softshell Jacket is the perfect garment to keep your dog warm. The windproof and water-repellent jacket has a soft fleece lining. The jacket thus keeps the large muscle groups warm. It covers the dogs' sensitive back, chest area and hips.
The softshell jacket can be adjusted at the neck and chest with a drawstring and thus ideally adapted to the dog's body.
The elastic material ensures maximum freedom of movement when running and playing and does not restrict the dog.
It is particularly easy to put on and take off, as the entire length of the coat can be opened with a zip at the back.
The zip is lined with shoftshell on the underside so that it doesn't put pressure on the spine and draughts can't get in. As the fabric is breathable, this coat is not only suitable for the cold winter months, but also ideal in the transitional season.
For best visibility and safety in the dark or at dusk, reflective stripes are attached to the sides. Other road users will clearly see the dog.
How to care for the Brava dog coat:
Before washing, please close the zipper completely. Loosen the drawstrings at the neck and back so that they are at the widest setting.
It is best to use liquid detergent as this is gentle on the fibres. Do not use fabric softener or bleach, and do not tumble dry. The jacket can be washed at 30°C. After a few washes, we recommend using a waterproofing agent.
